I just did the math, and realized this jacket is 13 years old. 13!!! Which means I've had it for almost half my life. Also I never really liked it, not even when I bought it. I'm sure there's a lesson about choices in there somewhere, but I'm not in the mood for preaching. But I do have a less philosophical lesson about how you can freshen up a garment that feels dull - patches are a huge trend right now so let your inner child play!
